Advice on sexualised discrimination and violence
Every first and third Thursday of the month from 12:00-14:00 at Paderborn University, the Paderborn Women's Counselling Centre Lilith offers a consultation hour for female students and employees who have experienced sexualised discrimination and violence. The women's counselling centre Lilith e. V. is a non-profit association that works independently of religious denominations, political parties, public institutions and associations. Its work focuses on providing advice and support to women who are currently experiencing or have experienced psychological, physical or sexualised violence in the past.
The consultation hour takes place in room E 0.207 (on 21/11/2024 in room E5.327). Registration is not required.
Please note:
On the following days we only offer telephone counselling on 05251/21311:
02.01.2025
05.06.2025
Counselling is free of charge and anonymous. The counsellors are of course bound to confidentiality.
An important principle of counselling is not to take any steps against a woman's will. The counsellors are specialists with various therapeutic qualifications and additional training in trauma education and offer information, advice, help in crises and support in clarification and coping processes. Counselling topics can include sexualised harassment and discrimination at the workplace or place of study, sexualised violence or stalking.
Outside office hours
Outside of the consultation hours at Paderborn University, there is the possibility to directly contact Lilith e.V. directly.
