The management of Paderborn University is once again calling for proposals for doctoral scholarships, for which interested academics from all disciplines can apply until 3 February. The duration of funding for a full scholarship totalling 2,000 euros per month is three years. A final scholarship is sponsored in the same amount for a period of up to one year.
The decision on the awarding of scholarships is made by the Executive Board on the recommendation of the Senate Commission for Research and Young Academics (FK). Further information on how to apply and the required documents can be found on the FK website.
Doctoral scholarship for gender research
In the field of gender research, the university management also calls for proposals for a three-year doctoral scholarship for particularly qualified early career researchers. Paderborn University is endeavouring to increase the proportion of women in the academic field and is therefore urging female academics to submit an application.
