Bachelor's, student research projects and master's theses

Storage of exams

If you do not have a place to store the exams on your premises, you can have the exams stored at the Central Examination Office.

The exams must then be packed separately in empty copy paper boxes, labelled according to semester, exam name and, if applicable, exam date. The examination name, semester and examination date (if applicable) must be labelled on one of the front sides and on the top of the boxes. This is the only way they will be stored by the Central Examination Office. Please make an appointment with the ZPS for storage. The boxes are stored in the examination archive near lecture theatre C2.

Storage of electronic checks

The ZIM has created a digital exam repository for this purpose. You can find it in the ZIM service portal.

Certificates or information for files older than 30 years

Files that have been closed and are older than 30 years (currently up to winter term 1994/95) are archived by the University Archives. Certificates can be issued from there for the documents in the file. Please contact Kurt Eschebach for this purpose.

Certificates or information for files younger than 30 years

Files that have been closed are kept for 30 years (currently from summer semester 1995) by Department 3.2. You can apply there for certificates of achievement or duplicates of your final documents for a fee. To do this, please contact the relevant department.
